Prep Day – Prepare your Big Batch Beef for use during the week. Any remaining beef can be frozen into portioned amounts for up to three months. To really get a jump on the week chop and store all veggies while the beef is cooking.
Day 1 – Follow the recipe for Golden Rice & Beef. Looking to add more veggies? Try adding a handful of spinach under your dish.
Day 2 – So Simple Korean Beef is on the menu tonight! Tip: Add the remaining mixed beans to the beef mixture to make the meal more filling. Yum!
Day 3 – These family pleasing Cheeseburger Roll Ups are sure to be a hit for everyone. Use the leftover lettuce, red pepper, cucumber and shredded carrot to make a simple side salad to compliment the roll ups.
