Mail-in Entry:

1. Only Mail-in Entries with a post-marked date no later than October 22 12:00 pm ET will be accepted. Print off this Entry Form and fill in all the information. Type your recipe into the Recipe Template and Print.
2. Include both the completed Entry Form plus the completed Recipe Template in order to be considered a Qualified Entry
