 Over the past few years, Canada Beef has worked with sports athletes, including members of Team Canada's Men's and Women's Curling Team, as well as Sage Watson, an Olympic Hurdler. Campaigns featuring these athletes have proven successful in promoting Canadian beef recipes, facts, and information, and in building new audiences through social and video content. Canada Beef has now teamed up with two Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) players: Ella Shelton of Ontario, who plays for the Toronto Sceptres, and Emerance Maschmeyer of Alberta, who plays for the Vancouver PWHL.   The Environmental Stewardship Award (TESA) program operated by the Canadian Cattle Association (CCA) recognizes the outstanding stewardship efforts of Canadian cattle producers. Read More |
  A total of 47 applications were approved under Canada Beef’s Export Market Development (EMD) partner program during the first six months of this fiscal year with many projects already completed. Of these projects, 24 were for incoming buyer missions, 11 for trade show participation, two for outgoing market development missions and 10 for marketing and promotional campaigns. Read More |
