Conference /Dining room
- The Centre’s conference room seats 24 in a boardroom setting, it is equipped with state of the art video conferencing and broadcast capabilities.
An excellent venue for training seminars, presentation or formal dining functions. All bookings in this venue include beverage service and light snacks. - Contact us for details.
Demo Theater
- The Demo Theater is a state of the art food preparation and presentation venue. It features a full commercial kitchen with a full suite of equipment from Garland and Rational including combi ovens, induction cook tops and induction braising pan.
The demo theater also features a “consumer” oriented kitchen that features Kitchen Aid cook top, wall oven, fridge and even a Weber gas BBQ. This area is set up for broadcast quality video capture and broadcast. - Contact us for details.
Beef Fabrication Facility
- This facility has room for 20 and follows a detailed HACCP process. The Room is equipped with high quality equipment from Hollymatic including a band saw, tumbler, mixer grinder, sausage stuffer, slicer, packaging equipment, blast chiller. This room is also equipped for video capture so clients can detail specification and share with suppliers or their teams at store or plant.
Cost for use of the Fabrication room does not include cost of product – these cost will be charged at a whole sale rate inclusive of delivery. - Contact us for details.
