Beef Salpicao and Crostini Beef Bites

Directions
In sealable plastic bag, combine garlic, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Add beef, seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Transfer beef and marinade into pan and stir-fry about 6 minutes, until browned all over.
Serve as a main with stir-fried peppers and onions alongside steamed rice or polenta or turn into Crostini Beef Bites: slice warm beef cubes and use to top a crostini spread with a spoon of smoky antipasto and sliced green onion.
