Mini Inside-Out Cheeseburgers
These yummy mini burgers, are just the right bite for our pint-sized burger fans or serve them up as sliders for appetizers.
Combine beef, egg, garlic, cheese, bread crumbs, onion and Bull's-Eye sauce in bowl.
Divide into 12 portions. Form into 3-inch (8-cm) patties. Make a thumb-print depression in centre of each patty (to prevent them from puffing up while cooking).
Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning twice, until digital instant read thermometer inserted sideways into centre of each patty reads 160°F (71°C), about 10 minutes. Serve in mini buns.
