Ferrari's Atelier Experience includes Canadian beef
The gastronomic experience El Atelier / Flavours that Lead to Luxury by Ferrari was held in Monterrey at the Safi Metropolitan / Safi Royal Luxury Hotel in San Pedro Garza García in September. The evening was designed as a fusion between the world of luxury automobiles and haute cuisine.

The event was produced by The Chef Meets México in collaboration with Ferrari México, with the support of Cámara Nacional de Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (the National Chamber of Restaurants and Seasoned Foods Industry).

Michelin-starred chef Roberto Alcocer, known for his restaurant Valle in Oceanside, California, cooked alongside local host chef Alberto Sentíes of the Safi hotel.

Throughout the evening, the focus was a five-course pairing dinner. Some of the dishes served included marrow crème brûlée, carne apache on hoja santa (a type of beef ceviche, served with the large, fragrant hoja santa leaf) and select cuts of Canadian beef, accompanied by black garlic and carrot flakes.

The inclusion of Canadian beef in this event highlighted its excellence and underscored Canada Beef's commitment to promoting its products in international markets. This sponsorship reflected the growing presence of Canadian beef in Mexican haute cuisine and its acceptance among discerning chefs and diners.

The collaboration between Ferrari, The Chef Meets México, and Canada Beef at this event exemplified how luxury brands and high-quality products can merge to offer unique gastronomic experiences that celebrate excellence.

Following is a video of the event.
