 The Three Amigos grilling experience showcases Canadian beef Canada Beef partnered with three master grillers/influencers in Mexico—the Grilling Bastards, Emberwood Co., Humo Parrilla Smoker—to conduct an outdoor gourmet experience through three workshops at Parque Emberwood in Guadalajara. Each workshop included 50 individuals from the grilling community including cooks, chefs, and beef enthusiasts. The renowned grillers led the workshops, showcasing their expertise and featuring unique recipes using techniques such as smoking, slow cooking, and more. Canadian beef was a featured highlight with various beef products provided by different distributors and Canadian brands. The beef provided was from a range of branded programs and quality grades and promoted the availability of a diverse beef catalogue for both B2B and B2C channels. The workshops were designed to provide attendees with hands-on learning experiences and culinary demonstrations and tastings.  The cuts featured included short rib, chuck flat, chuck roll, rib eye, inside skirt, tenderloin, and beef tongue. To enhance the attendees' experience and provide valuable information, Canada Beef distributed support materials including Beef Merchandising Guides, Canadian Beef Advantage Booklets, ribeye specification sheets and cards with suppliers' contact details. Emberwood, renowned for its outdoor cooking practices and commitment to utilizing sustainable ingredients, was the perfect venue for the Canadian beef partnership. Their collaboration showcased the culinary expertise of the grillers and aligned with Canada Beef’s sustainability and animal welfare values. The partnership resulted in a successful outdoor gourmet experience, including a dinner featuring a curated menu highlighting various Canadian cuts. The experience provided the attendees with valuable knowledge and hands-on learning opportunities while showcasing the wide range of Canadian beef available in the market.
