Canadian beef fair in YATA supermarket Hong Kong
YATA, a local Japanese-style supermarket with 12 locations in Hong Kong, caters to customers seeking high-quality fresh food. As a longtime partner of Canada Beef, YATA has collaborated with Canada Beef International Institute Taiwan on a series of successful promotions.

A Canadian beef fair was held in five YATA stores from July 23 to August 5, 2024. The event promoted six Canadian beef cuts, including rib eye, striploin, chuck eye roll, boneless short rib, top blade, and hanging tender. The promotion was supported by the YATA App, website, Facebook, and in-store point-of-sale materials. In-store sampling also introduced Canadian beef to consumers.

The success of this event highlights the growing interest in Canadian beef among Hong Kong consumers and underscores the opportunity to increase awareness and sales while strengthening relationships with supply chain partners and end-users.
