New video resource highlights Canada Prime grade beef
The Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence team recently developed a new video resource to raise awareness of Canada Prime grade beef and highlight its value proposition for foodservice operators. Sector users are often unaware that Canadian beef is available in Prime grade.

In this informative promotional resource, Chef Michael Allemeier, one of only five Certified Master Chefs in Canada, discusses the quality attributes of Canada Prime grade beef and how these attributes enhance the dining experience for guests.



In this short video, Chef Allemeier starts by explaining the designation of Certified Master Chef and his journey to achieving this prestigious designation. A longtime ambassador of Canadian beef, Chef Allemeier discusses the importance of using high-quality ingredients to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.

Chef Allemeier points out that modern foodservice guests are educated and looking for more than a meal; they are looking for an experience. He further explains that Canada Prime grade beef is an excellent way to build confidence in menu offerings, from both the operator and chef's perspectives.

This resource is designed to educate and inspire operators and culinary professionals to use Canada Prime grade beef in their operations.
