Canadian beef launched at Intercontinental Polanco
In December, Canadian beef was launched at the Hotel Presidente InterContinental Polanco in Mexico City at a curated fine-dining experience designed to showcase the premium positioning of Canada Prime tenderloin.

The launch event, Noche de Maestro, took place in the hotel’s wine cellar, recognized for housing the most diverse wine collection in Latin America. This setting provided a unique backdrop aligned with the brand’s positioning.



The experience was structured around a four-course menu developed by Federico López, Canadian Beef ambassador; José Luis Ronquillo, Executive Chef of Hotel Presidente InterContinental; and Carlos Adao, Chef of Amaral. Canada Prime tenderloin was presented in multiple formats to demonstrate its versatility and consistency. The menu included a Manchego croquette with tenderloin jerky, followed by a fresh tenderloin tartare, stuffed tenderloin ravioli, and finally, grilled tenderloin served with Périgord sauce. The dinner was paired with carefully selected Spanish red wines.

The evening also marked the official launch of Canadian beef cuts now featured on the menu at Amaral, one of the hotel’s signature restaurants.
