 CBCE Studio produces high-quality raw beef images  Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence (CBCE) Studio upgrades have increased media production capabilities beyond video. Professional studio-quality lighting with newly enhanced colour control means CBCE Studios can produce high-quality still photography and provide Canadian beef product photos. Food photography is expensive, and the Studio’s new photography capabilities reduce the costs and production time associated with hiring contract photographers. Recently, the CBCE team created over 500 high-resolution images for more than 100 raw beef cuts from all parts of the carcass. Cuts included steaks, roasts, variety meats and sub primals. The team photographed the products from multiple perspectives and angles to capture key characteristics and visually explore the quality attributes of each product.   These photo resources will be available for industry partners via the Canada Beef Marketing Library for use in Canadian beef marketing and promotional initiatives.
