 Canada Beef hosts visitors from the Philippines In collaboration with the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service, Canada Beef received an incoming delegation from the Philippines in late August. The visitors represented Sureste Properties, a large corporation in the Philippines currently operating three Solaire Resorts - two in the Philippines and one in Korea. The company was visiting Canada to explore opportunities to source beef and other food ingredients for their own consumption and distribution in the Philippines. Their visit to Canada Beef included a presentation on the Canadian Beef Advantage and the Canadian beef industry. This visit resulted from an initial interaction with the company at the Canada Beef pavilion at the WOFEX food industry show in Manila in early August.
