 CBCE Video Production with Industry Clients The CBCE is positioning itself as the premier destination for technical video resource development within the Canadian beef industry to meet the growing need for online and virtual training and promotional tools. The CBCE’s demonstration kitchen has been transformed from an in-house product demonstration facility to a fully functioning video production theatre. This experienced team has engaged in building strategic marketing resources for industry clients with full-service video production capabilities and are already working with several Canadian beef industry clients.  Sysco’s Virtual Kitchen – Live Show Sysco Foodservice Distributors presents Sysco’s Virtual Kitchen, a live webinar series that hosts a variety of industry professionals for educational and promotional demonstrations, interviews and discussions—these webinars reach audiences in the thousands. CBCE has partnered with Sysco to build value for Canadian beef producers by delivering virtual presentations through their webinar series to showcase opportunities with Canadian beef. The focus has been on the cross-utilization of products and applications within the foodservice industry emphasizing underutilized Canadian beef cuts. Chef Mathieu Paré delivered a comprehensive presentation on August 9 that highlighted opportunities with underutilized braising cuts including brisket, digital and rib finger. The presentation included a discussion on raw product attributes, culinary technique training and restaurant-style plated concepts.
