 Canada Beef is excited to return for the second year to The Market at the BMO Centre during the Calgary Stampede, running from July 4 to 13, 2025. As part of the “Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth,” Canada Beef will connect with visitors from around the world to offer delicious samples of Canadian beef, showcase the Canadian Beef Information Gateway (Gateway), and share educational resources and fun giveaways. This year’s booth will feature engaging displays covering a range of topics—from nutrition and the Canadian Beef Advantage to an interactive kiosk that highlights the Gateway and a banner for signing up for the Make it Beef newsletter. There’s something for everyone, including a kids’ table with fun activities and a prize wheel where visitors can spin to win Canadian beef-themed prizes.  Canada Beef is also teaming up with Alberta Beef Producers to host two exciting live events on the Stampede Kitchen Theatre Stage. One event will feature Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence Chef Mathieu Paré alongside BBQ influencer Mel Chmilar Jr., also known as Darkside of the Grill. The second event will showcase Don Cyr on behalf of Canada Beef, joined by Executive Chef Jeromie Strom from the high-end Modern Steak Restaurant. From Sneak-a-Peek on the evening of July 3 and throughout the 10-day event, Canada Beef team members Paré, Kelly Hyde, Cameron Pappel, and Mauricio Arcila will be at the booth to greet guests, answer questions, and celebrate Canadian beef.
