 Retail Flyer Promotion Retailers promoting Canadian beef in their flyers include Giant Tiger Stores Ltd. a Canadian discount store chain operating over 250 stores across Canada, 180 of which sell fresh meat. Giant Tiger is one of a number of regional and national retailers that recognize the value of incorporating the Canadian beef brand mark in weekly flyers. Giant Tiger is a new beef retailer in Canada which equals new Canadian beef volume. Associated Grocers services over 650 retail locations in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. They recently demonstrated their commitment to the Canadian beef producer with a flyer tribute showcasing a local producer. Associated Grocers is a division of Buy-Low Foods and a proud member of the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers (CFIG).  Perfect Roast Beef The Canada Beef team met recently with Colemans, a regional retailer operating 13 stores and a wholesale division in Newfoundland. During this discussion, it was identified that the number one question on the consumers’ mind when visiting canadabeef.ca is “How do I cook roast beef.” Colemans immediately recognized the importance of providing their customers’ information that would ensure cooking success and a co-branded Perfect Roast Beef consumer booklet was developed and distributed to consumers at store level.
