 Canada Beef participates at Food and Hotel Vietnam 2024 The Food and Hotel Vietnam Trade Show is one of the most important events for the region’s food and beverage industry. Held annually, over 300 exhibitors from 27 countries participated this year, showcasing a diverse range of food products including fresh and frozen foods, processed foods, bakery items, beverages, as well as food processing and packaging machinery. The show attracted professionals from many sectors including suppliers, foodservice owners, chefs, and retailers.   The Canada Beef International Institute (CBII) Taiwan/Southeast Asia office participated in the trade show with a Canada Beef booth. Three local beef importers and two Canadian beef representatives collaborated with CBII Taiwan/Southeast Asia to showcase premium beef from Alberta and Ontario. They introduced visitors to the unique flavour and high quality of Canadian beef by providing tasting activities. The booth served as a place for these companies to reach potential clients from the local market. In addition, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s booth featured Canadian beef in cooking demonstrations which allowed more visitors to experience its taste. Food and Hotel Vietnam 2024 was a success for participating exhibitors. The event enhanced Canadian beef’s reputation, strengthened its position in the Vietnamese meat market, and provided an opportunity to promote Canadian beef to a diverse range of visitors.
