![]() Creating recipe images Over the past year, the Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence has transformed its culinary theatre and meat fabrication facility into a multi-media studio space aimed at supporting trade and consumer marketing efforts. The CBCE Studio produced almost 200 Canadian beef recipe beauty shots in 2021. These photos draw from an expansive collection of Canada Beef recipes and the images, which will be used in current and soon-to-be-launched multi-media applications, bring these recipes to life. The CBCE Studio uses materials and equipment to showcase Canadian beef recipes with fresh themes, vibrant colours and a variety of settings for all dining occasions. Extra attention is paid to lighting, staging, healthy eating and consumer trends and celebrates Canadian cuisine influenced by our multicultural mosaic.
