 Canadian beef highlighted at Festival Sabor a Brasa Canada Beef partnered with Grupo La Mansion for their annual grill flavour festival to promote a wide variety of Canadian beef cuts at their restaurants in Mexico. A popular restaurant chain, Grupo La Mansion’s 15 participating restaurants include prominent locations in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, and San Luis Potosí. The restaurants offered guests an exceptional dining experience with the finest Canadian beef cuts. The cuts, sourced from Carnes Premium XO, included Canada Prime rib eye and AAA products, including striploin, tenderloin, sirloin, flank steak, brisket, short ribs, chuck, and ground beef. These cuts were beautifully presented in various dishes, highlighting the unique flavour and tenderness for which Canadian beef is known. The overall marketing support and resources provided by Canada Beef complemented Grupo La Mansion’s campaign goals to capture the attention of the target audience, generate excitement and anticipation for the festival. La Mansion's investment in live broadcasts, radio, digital channels, and social media agencies further amplified the reach and impact of the festival promotion. More than 10 media articles were published along with posts from a number of social media influencers, with a reach of 6.5 million. The positive feedback and overwhelming response from both restaurant-goers and the public were a testament to the success of this partnership. The festival increased awareness and appreciation for Canadian beef in Mexico and strengthened the relationship between Canada Beef and Grupo La Mansion. It created a memorable culinary experience for all those who enjoyed tasting Canadian beef at their restaurants.
