New factsheet available
Canada Beef’s Health and Nutrition team completed a new factsheet titled Current Evidence on Red Meat and Chronic Disease. It highlights recent research that calls into question the link between red meat and key chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease and Type 2 Diabetes.

This new report will be helpful in finding key references when responding to issues as well as provide insight into these important topics. It will be updated as new research is published.
