 Canadian Beef Wholesale Gateway, Retail Edition launched Canada Beef is pleased to announce that the first phase of the Canadian Beef Wholesale Gateway, Retail Edition is available for use by partners. Designed as a beef training solution for retailers, the Wholesale Gateway is a free-to-use tool that can be accessed anytime, anywhere, by meat-cutting professionals. Click here to watch a Wholesale Gateway introductory video and see a sneak peek of the platform in action.  Information about over 50 different cuts can now be found at www.ret.cdnbeef.ca, with more to come. The Wholesale Gateway for meat-cutting professionals follows the successful launch of the consumer-facing Gateway featuring information on purchasing and preparing beef cuts, beef recipes and much more.
