 Canada Beef at Expo ANTAD 2026 Canada Beef participated in Expo ANTAD 2026, one of Latin America’s most important trade exhibitions for retail, foodservice, and hospitality industries, held in Guadalajara, Jalisco. The event brought together more than 1,500 exhibitors, attracted over 55,000 visitors, and welcomed representatives from more than 67 countries. Over the three-day show, Canada Beef maintained a strong presence at its booth through a series of culinary demonstrations and premium beef samplings that showcased the quality, consistency, and versatility of Canadian beef. The culinary program was led by Chef Karla Senties and Chef Jaime Cavazos, whose expertise and creativity highlighted various Canadian beef cuts, including clod, flap meat, and sirloin, all provided by two Canadian beef packers.  The number of visitors and strong engagement at the Canada Beef booth reflected growing interest in premium protein offerings in Mexico’s retail and foodservice sectors. Through direct interaction with industry professionals, Canada Beef representatives strengthened existing relationships, established new business connections, and reinforced Canada’s reputation as a trusted supplier of high-quality beef products. In addition, a dinner reception was hosted at BRUNA Restaurant in Guadalajara, where a Canadian Cuts Night was celebrated. The experience featured a curated menu that highlighted premium dishes and appetizers prepared with a selection of Canadian beef cuts, such as skirt steak, short rib, tri-tip, chuck roll, porterhouse, and a beef Wellington made with petit filet, to showcase the versatility and quality of Canadian beef in a fine-dining setting. The dinner, organized by Canada Beef in collaboration with two Canadian beef packers, was attended by meat industry guests and brought together key players to experience the excellence of Canadian beef.
