![]() In just two months, China has become Canada’s 6th-largest beef export market, and demand is growing. Canada Beef President Eric Bienvenue was in China to support a series of high-impact promotions and industry engagements aimed at growing awareness, demand, and partnerships for Canadian beef. ![]() “It’s exciting to see continued momentum and strong collaboration as Canadian beef further strengthens its presence in the China market,” Bienvenue said. The trip marked Canada Beef’s second visit to China since April 2026. Activities included:
![]() Canadian beef will soon be featured in major hotpot restaurant chains, one of China’s largest foodservice sectors, while Canada Beef continues to expand through e-commerce and premium retail partnerships. Bienvenue thanked Canada’s beef farmers and ranchers, processors, governments, and industry partners for the collaborative effort to make inroads in this important market. “Canadian grain-fed beef continues to earn global recognition for its exceptional quality, consistency, flavour, tenderness, and trusted production standards,” he said.
