![]() Team members from Canada Beef’s international offices in Taiwan and Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and Mexico collaborated to host a series of events in key global export markets. Aligning international offices with local partners under a unified strategy positions Canadian beef as the premier choice worldwide. The events hosted by Canada Beef’s international team took place in the Philippines and Vietnam and included seminars, culinary demonstrations, and a trade show: Canadian beef road-show seminar in Philippines Canada Beef presented the seminar “Mastering Canadian Beef Cuts, Quality and Culinary Application” in the Philippines. This strategic initiative was designed to strengthen Canadian beef brand positioning in the global marketplace. The event brought together 83 key industry stakeholders alongside Canada Beef’s international offices team. ![]() The seminar showcased the quality and versatility of Canadian beef from a global perspective. The program featured technical butchery presentations by Canada Beef Mexico Ambassador Chef Federico Lopez, who demonstrated cut fabrication and yield maximization. This was followed by culinary demonstrations led by Canada Beef Philippines Ambassador Chef Carlo Miguel, with an emphasis on premium cuts. Canada Beef’s international team curated culinary stations that showcased diverse applications and shared market insights on how Canadian beef is positioned and used in different foodservice sectors. This collaboration, featuring cuts such as top blade, chuck eye roll, and short plate, successfully highlighted the consistency and flavour profile that defines Canadian beef across all export markets. Canada Beef Road Show Philippine video Cook Camp Canada Beef global collaboration Canada Beef hosted Cook Camp, an outdoor culinary experience designed to reinforce the Canadian beef brand message in a collaborative cook-off format. Representatives from Canada Beef’s international team were joined by 20 key social media influencers. The program centred around the innovative dishes created by Canada Beef Mexico Ambassador Chef Federico Lopez and Canada Beef Philippines Ambassador Chef Carlo Miguel. Social media influencers were grouped into two teams to work alongside the chefs, bringing their culinary concepts to life using premium Canadian beef. The hands-on collaboration allowed the social media creators to personally experience and then post about the consistency and tenderness of Canadian beef. ![]() The event expanded the digital reach of brand messaging through the influencers’ social media networks. These posts resulted in nearly 100,000 views and a steady growth in new followers to Canada Beef’s social media platforms, with over 82% of engagement coming from non-followers. This underscores the success of the Cook Camp in utilizing influencer collaboration to effectively educate a broader global audience on the premium quality and market availability of Canadian beef. Canada Beef Cook Camp - Video Canadian beef road-show seminar in Vietnam On March 23, 2026, Canada Beef hosted the seminar "Canadian Beef: Culinary Excellence and Quality" in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, marking a significant milestone in the company's coordinated global market development efforts. The event showcased both the strong collaboration and active participation of the international team. More than 100 leading importers, retailers, and foodservice brands attended, highlighting the industry’s keen interest in Canadian beef. Attendees learned about the premium quality and high standards of Canadian beef through presentations delivered by Canada Beef’s team and representatives from Canadian beef packers. Technical expertise was shared by Canada Beef Mexico Ambassador Chef Federico Lopez along with local culinary expert Chef Thien Tran. ![]() This collaboration underscores Canada Beef’s mission to deliver education and successful relationship-building across all export markets. Canada Beef Road Show Vietnam-Video Canada Beef at Food and Hospitality Vietnam In March, Canada Beef’s international team took part in the Food & Hospitality Vietnam (FHV) 2026 trade show. FHV 2026 provided the opportunity to expand brand visibility and build awareness within the region’s culinary and retail sectors. . A key highlight was the agricultural seminar hosted by the Embassy of Canada, where Canada Beef Vice President, Export Market Development, Albert Eringfeld provided a presentation highlighting the Canadian Beef Advantage, and its unique attributes and premium quality. ![]() This strategic messaging was further amplified at the Canada Beef pavilion, where four key Vietnamese import partners showcased a range of Canadian beef brands and products. These local distributors provided attendees with diverse options and valuable insights into the availability and culinary applications of Canadian beef. ![]() The event attracted approximately 17,000 professional visitors, with many participating in the butchery demonstrations and sample tastings at the Canada Beef booth. Participation in FHV 2026 further positions Canadian beef as the premier choice for professional kitchens and retail partners in Vietnam and the broader global market.
