Canada Beef and HUTECH’s Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management collaborated on the initiative, featuring expert instruction from Chef Tran Le Thanh Thien. Participants enjoyed a full schedule that included an expert training session on Canadian beef, followed by a live butchery and cooking demonstration led by Chef Thanh Thien. Students gained practical insights into selecting, fabricating, and preparing Canadian beef cuts, then put them into practice during a competitive cooking challenge. The program concluded with judging, plating presentations, and an award ceremony recognizing student creativity and technical execution. ![]() The event successfully bridged academic theory and real-world industry application, giving the 35 participants direct access to internationally recognized high-quality Canadian beef. It also expanded brand recognition of Canadian beef among Vietnam's next generation of culinary talent, with the workshop generating over 10,500 views and nearly 900 interactions across official and partner social channels.
