![]() Global Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey 2026 Canada Beef’s 2026 Global Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey produced an overall global satisfaction score of 84%, an improvement from the previous year’s survey results of 82%. Respondents completed the survey online, and 345 responses were received during the survey period in the fourth quarter of the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Typically, fewer than 5% of stakeholders indicated that they were dissatisfied with any of the attributes surveyed. A significant minority noted they were unable to comment, which reduced satisfaction scores as in 2025. ![]() Organizational Satisfaction Measures: International stakeholders reported the highest level of satisfaction across this category. Staff Knowledge and Skills and Overall Contribution (99% each), ranked highest, followed by Staff Responsiveness (98%). Domestic stakeholders rated Staff Knowledge and Skills highest (90%), followed by Staff Responsiveness (87%) and Overall Contribution (86%). Export stakeholders rated Overall Contribution highest (100%), and the categories of Staff Knowledge and Skills and Staff Responsiveness were each rated 82%. Initiative Satisfaction Measures: International stakeholders had the highest satisfaction with Canada Beef initiatives across this category, with Resources and Materials and Social Media, Web and Apps ranked highest (89% each), followed by Programs and Services (88%). Domestic stakeholders rated Resources and Materials highest (77%) followed by Social Media, Web and Apps (68%) and Programs and Services (66%). Export stakeholders rated Resources and Materials at 88%, and Programs and Services at 84%. Watch for the survey’s detailed results in Canada Beef’s 2025-2026 annual report later this summer.
