These yummy mini burgers, are just the right bite for our pint-sized burger fans or serve them up as sliders for appetizers.
Ingredients
1 lb (0.45 kg) Lean Ground Beef1 egg1 clove garlic, minced½ cup (125 mL) Kraft® Tex Mex shredded cheese¼ cup (50 mL) each bread crumbs and minced onion2 tbsp (30 mL) Bull’s-Eye® Bold Original barbecue sauce12 mini buns
Directions
Combine beef, egg, garlic, cheese, bread crumbs, onion and Bull’s-Eye sauce in bowl.
Divide into 12 portions. Form into 3-inch (8-cm) patties. Make a thumb-print depression in centre of each patty (to prevent them from puffing up while cooking).
Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning twice, until digital instant read thermometer inserted sideways into centre of each patty reads 160°F (71°C), about 10 minutes. Serve in mini buns.
