Beef and Pasta Pronto

 1 ¼ lb Lean Ground Beef Sirloin*
 2 cans (19 oz/540 mL EACH) Italian or chili-style tomatoes
 1 package (approx. 250 g) refrigerated ravioli
 2 cup baby spinach
 1 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
  Feta, Parmesan or Tex Mex cheese

1. Pan-fry ground beef over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and completely cooked. Drain. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Meanwhile cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.

3. Stir ravioli, spinach and olives into beef mixture; heat through. Top each serving with some crumbled or grated cheese before serving.
