Basic Bold Beef Burger
Lean Beef burgers deliver an excellent source of protein, zinc and vitamin B12 – not to mention flavour!
Lightly combine beef, bread crumbs, steak sauce, onion and egg.
Gently form into four 3/4-inch (2 cm) thick patties. Press a dimple into the centre of each patty. Place on a plate, cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Grill patties over medium-high heat in a closed barbecue for 10 to 14 minutes, turning twice, until digital instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into centre of each patty reads 160°F (71°C).
Tip: *Other options Extra Lean or Lean Ground Round, Sirloin or Lean/Extra Lean Ground Beef
