![]() Canada Beef is pleased to share recent adjustments to leadership responsibilities to ensure the strong delivery of priority programs while maintaining operational efficiency. As part of this approach, Mathieu Paré now serves as the primary point of contact for domestic market development initiatives as Canada Beef Executive Director, Market Development (Canada), continuing to build on the important relationships already established. Paré brings a dedicated and collaborative approach, along with valuable experience gained through his leadership of the Canadian Beef Centre of Excellence (CBCE) since 2017. In parallel, the team is pleased to share that Cameron Pappel is the new lead at the CBCE. As Director, CBCE, Pappel will guide the next phase of the Centre’s development, working closely with Paré and Canada Beef’s market development teams to strengthen alignment across programs and enhance the support provided to industry. Canada Beef Executive Vice President Mark Klassen said the organization will further integrate the CBCE into its broader market development work over the coming year, “ensuring strong coordination across education, training, and market engagement initiatives.” “This integrated approach reflects Canada Beef’s focus on delivering maximum value through disciplined resource management, while continuing to support industry partners and producers across the value chain,” Klassen said.
