Spring is finally here (depending on where you are). This season always energizes clean-ups – in all areas of life, including the kitchen at home. Start your clean-up by taking stock of what you have in your pantry and your freezer.
Rid yourself of those out-of-date condiments and add some new ones to re-vamp the recipe repertoire (a.k.a. your meal ideas). Here are some of my new favourites:
- curry paste
- coconut milk
- pomegranate molasses/syrup
- sambal olek
- cheese curds
